We get to know you! We want to know what you expect, need, and want out of your travel experience and facility.​

We have your back! You'll get full transparency on placement, pay, facility needs. Being honest and upfront about issues and solving them in a timely manner relieves tension and stress in the work environment.

As your travel nursing journey begins, we lead you through all travel logistics and stay in touch from your first day of work to the last.

Pay

We strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to breaking down your pay package.

For example, compensation varies by assignment. A facility in a rural area might pay more than one in city if it’s harder to find staff.

​Cost of living is also important--we help you evaluate the true expense of living in a given area so you can make the choice that's right for you.

Housing

We want your whole family to be happy and comfortable!​

We can find housing for you, or if you prefer, give you a housing stipend and let you do the leg work.​

Pets? No problem! We can find pet-friendly housing for you and your furry (or not so furry) family member.

Support

We care more about having the resources to give every nurse the time and care they need than the bottom dollar.​

Every nurse gets the opportunity to meet with Jessica, the founder and CEO.  You will receive her personal phone number to call night or day with questions or concerns.
